Food x Craft beer pairing POP UP Event in Nozawa Onsen

English chef Reuben Davis and local chef Kensaku Katagiri will be showcasing a collaboration dinner using local and season ingredients, which are all paired with AJB Co’s hand crafted beers.
Please come and join us for this special occasion to enjoy the art of food and beer pairing.

Date: December 5th (Saturday)
Place: Hotel St.Anton
(Oaza Toyosato 9515 Nozawa Onsen, Nagano)
Price: ¥10,000 per person (tax included)
Tasting menu all paired with beers.

Chef Reuben Davis: Reuben has been sous chef at two michelin star restaurant in England and is looking forward to creating a seasonal menu inspired by his travels and experiences in Japan.

Chef Kensaku Katagiri:A former Ski champion, Kensaku has trained in Ritz Carlton Osaka for two and a half years before returning to be a chef at his family hotel, Haus St.Anton in Nozawa Onsen. Using local ingredients, he experiments with his styles and provides unique cuisine only available in Nozawa Onsen.
